Purpose

This statement describes how Secure Chain seeks to remain resilient and to continue serving clients through disruption.

Protecting service delivery

We identify the functions most important to our clients — such as case communication, evidence handling and reporting — and take steps to keep them running through a range of disruption scenarios.

Our resilience measures include:

• Secure, backed-up handling of case data and records
• Documented procedures so work is not dependent on any single individual
• Controls over access to systems and information
• Regular review of the risks most likely to affect service delivery

Continuous improvement

We review our resilience arrangements periodically and after any significant incident, and update them in light of lessons learned. This statement should be read alongside our Business Continuity policy.
