Open Banking Consent

Purpose

This notice explains Secure Chain's position on Open Banking and the consent that would be required for any related data sharing.

Our position

Secure Chain's core services are investigative and do not require access to your bank accounts through Open Banking. We will not access Open Banking data unless it is genuinely necessary for an engagement and you have given clear, informed consent.

If consent is requested

Where, exceptionally, Open Banking data would assist your case, we will explain what data is involved, why it is needed and how it will be used, and we will obtain your explicit consent before any access takes place. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Data handling

Any financial data accessed with your consent is handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Security policies, and used only for the purpose for which consent was given.
