Purpose

Fighting fraud is central to what we do — and we hold ourselves to the same standard. This policy explains how we prevent fraud in our own operations and protect the people who come to us for help.

Protecting clients

Many people contact us after being defrauded, and the recovery space itself attracts bad actors. We are transparent about our process, we explain what is realistic before any engagement, and we will never ask for a wallet seed phrase or private keys.

To protect clients we:

• Explain our approach and likely outcomes honestly and upfront
• Never request seed phrases, private keys or remote control of your wallet
• Set out scope and fees in writing before work begins
• Warn clients about common 'recovery scam' follow-on approaches

Internal controls

We maintain internal controls to detect and prevent fraud within our own business, including verification of clients and careful handling of case funds and information.
