Our Business Continuity arrangements are designed to ensure that, in the event of disruption, we can continue to support clients and protect their information.

What we plan for

We consider a range of scenarios that could interrupt our work, including loss of access to systems, supplier failure and other operational incidents, and we maintain arrangements to respond to them.

Key elements include:

• Regular, secure backups of essential case data
• Alternative means of communication and working
• Clear internal responsibilities for responding to incidents
• Prioritisation of client-critical functions during recovery

Testing and review

We review our continuity arrangements periodically to keep them effective and proportionate to our business.
