API Terms

Purpose

These terms apply where Secure Chain makes an application programming interface (API) or similar technical integration available to a client or partner.

Permitted use

Any API access is provided solely for the agreed purpose and subject to the scope set out in your engagement. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to circumvent its controls, or use it to access data you are not authorised to access.

When using any Secure Chain API you agree to:

• Keep access credentials secure and confidential
• Use the API only within agreed limits and for the agreed purpose
• Not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and our other policies

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or withdraw API access where necessary, including for security or legal reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
