Zero tolerance

Secure Chain has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings, in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010.

Under this policy, our people and those acting for us must not:

• Offer, give, request or accept a bribe or improper advantage
• Make or accept facilitation payments
• Offer or accept gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a decision
• Ignore or fail to report suspected bribery

Gifts and hospitality

Reasonable and proportionate gifts or hospitality may be acceptable, provided they are transparent, not intended to influence a decision improperly, and consistent with this policy.

Raising concerns

Anyone who suspects bribery or corruption connected with our business should report it immediately under our Whistleblowing Policy. We will not penalise anyone for raising a genuine concern.
